Key Responsibilities:

  • Seek out guest contact and display boundless amounts of fun energy.

  • Follow opening and closing procedures as detailed in the department's operating plan.
  • Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Security policies, practices, and regulations, including COVID-19 protocols.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • 6-12 months of experience working in retail, attractions, entertainment, or customer service-based positions preferred.
  • Fun, dynamic, and friendly personality.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills with both team members and guests.
  • Able to work in areas with loud noises and confined spaces.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently or as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills to remedy guest questions or concerns.
  • Must be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and special events.
