Qualifications:
• M.D. or D.O. degree required.
• Completion of specialized training in Orthopedic Surgery.

• Active involvement in scholarly activities related to orthopedic surgery.
• Eligibility for licensure to practice medicine in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
