Job Title: Nursing Assistant

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Nursing Assistant to join our team at the Adrian Dominican Sisters' Dominican Life Center. As a Nursing Assistant, you will provide daily nursing and personal care to our retired Sisters, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide nursing and personal care to our Sisters, including assistance with daily living activities, medication administration, and wound care.
  • Work collaboratively with our team of Nursing Assistants, LPNs, and RNs to ensure high-quality care and a safe environment.
  • Participate in training and education to enhance your skills and knowledge in geriatric and long-term care.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of compassion, respect, and teamwork.
Requirements:
  • Experience in home care, geriatric care, long-term care, or nursing facility.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks typically performed in CNA work.
  • Must undergo background check and drug screen.
  • Mandatory yearly (employer-paid) flu vaccine and TB test.
