Instrument Repair Technician

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Instrument Repair Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Interacting with customers to understand their needs and providing personalized service

• Performing maintenance and repair services on customer-owned instruments with a high level of craftsmanship

• Maintaining store-owned gear, as requested

• Completing warranty repair work

• Collaborating with colleagues to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional customer experiences

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Skilled understanding of repairing guitars

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Benefits
