Position Summary
The lead teacher will play a crucial role in the daily management, supervision, and safety of the children in our care. Responsibilities include adhering to the established curriculum, implementing lesson plans, maintaining cleanliness in the classroom, assisting with meals, diapering, providing bathroom support, completing necessary documentation, and ensuring appropriate child-to-staff ratios.
Qualifications
Applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, be at least 18 years of age, and successfully pass local, state, and federal background checks, including a sex offender registry check. Reliable transportation is essential. As an Early Head Start facility, specific educational qualifications are required, which will be discussed during the interview process.
