Master Welder

Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year.

We are seeking a skilled welder to join our team at Hose Master. As a Master Welder, you will be responsible for performing skilled welding work in the fabrication and repair of metal hoses.

The ideal candidate will have basic welding experience and the ability to understand and follow English instructions. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
• Verify orders for correct quantity and hose length.
• Perform inspection for correct hose and appropriate fittings.
• Determine correct alloy to be applied to all welds.
• Perform skilled welding following standardized procedure for AMP and RPM.
• Learn job-related material primarily through oral instruction and observation.
• Visually inspect completed welds to determine compliance with standards.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to understand and follow English instructions.
• Basic welding experience required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred, but not required.
