Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team at Absopure. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial equipment, troubleshooting PLCs and other automation systems, and working collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform regular maintenance on Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs) and conveyor systems, troubleshoot and repair Palletizers and Vision Systems, and diagnose and resolve issues with PLCs and other industrial automation equipment.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate equipment, relieve breaks and lunches, and lead and assist on line changeovers as necessary.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations, communicate effectively with production personnel to meet set objectives, and provide technical support as needed.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in industrial maintenance, equipment repair, and automation systems.
  • Skills: Strong PLC troubleshooting skills, mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting experience, and experience working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of: Palletizers, Vision Systems, and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs).
  • Experience with: Industrial automation equipment, PLCs, and conveyor systems.
