About the Position

Mavis Tire Supply is seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Automotive Assistants and Service Managers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring the efficient operation of our repair shop, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling mechanics/technicians' work and ensuring timely completion of jobs
  • Ordering parts and maintaining inventory
  • Ensuring quality and safety standards are met
  • Providing excellent customer service and communication
  • Supervising and leading a team of technicians

Requirements:

  • 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive parts and/or tire sales
  • 1 year of experience and/or training in automotive repairs/maintenance
  • Basic math and PC skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
