About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Wet Cast Worker to join our team at Spherion. As a key member of our production team, you will play a crucial role in manufacturing high-quality reinforced concrete products for various applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train to improve the efficiency of concrete precast production
  • Read production blueprints and assist in building precast structures using panels, forms, hammers, and tape measures
  • Clean and prepare molds for casting
  • Pour mixed concrete into molds, ensuring even distribution and proper filling
  • Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries
  • Complete miscellaneous tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
  • 1-4 years of experience working in a manufacturing environment
  • Experience operating a forklift, especially industrial forklifts
  • Familiarity with hand tools and power tools
  • Ability to work outdoors or in open-air environments
  • Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds frequently
