Lamination Equipment Operator

Job Title: Platen Lamination Operator
Reports to: Shift Supervisor

Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled Platen Lamination Operator to join our team at Bristol ID Technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing all tasks involved in the production of our products, including operating lamination equipment, inspecting products for flaws, and recording information according to established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate lamination equipment to produce high-quality products
• Inspect products for defects and record any issues
• Use hands and arms to handle, install, and position materials
• Use control mechanisms to operate machines and maintain production levels
• Assemble, label, and examine boxes to ensure packing specifications are met
• Aid in facility cleanliness and maintain a safe working environment
• Participate in the training of new operators and make recommendations for process improvement

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Excellent time management and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand, walk, or lift for long periods of time
• Ability to lift up to 30lbs to 50lbs
• Ability to work as part of a team and follow safety procedures

Working Conditions: The Platen Lamination Operator will work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to noise, dust, and odors. The successful candidate must be able to walk primarily on a level surface and reach above shoulder height, below the waist, or lift as required.
