Work Schedule: Day shift, commencing at 6:30 AM, Monday to Friday
Compensation: $19.45 per hour.
Key Responsibilities of the Manufacturing Team Supervisor:
- Develop work schedules and allocate tasks on the production line.
- Assess incoming orders and prepare the production line accordingly.
- Oversee productivity and quality to enhance operational efficiency.
- Identify and troubleshoot issues, while maintaining accurate records such as inventory management and order tracking.
- Mentor and oversee new team members, collaborating with various departments to ensure timely completion of orders.
- Uphold a safe and organized work environment, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED with a minimum of five years of experience in a production line setting, ideally in a supervisory capacity.
- In-depth understanding of product specifications, production benchmarks, and industry regulations.
- Competence in computer systems and office software, alongside strong leadership, organizational, and time management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
- Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) is advantageous.
