Salary: $17-$26/hour

We are currently seeking a Hospice Care Professional to join our team at Carroll Hospital in Westminster, MD. This full-time position will involve working as a para-professional trained to provide personal care and other health care needs of patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

About the Role

  • Ensure all services are delivered in accordance with LifeBridge Health's Mission Statement and S.P.I.R.I.T. Values.
  • Work as a para-professional to provide personal care and other health care needs of patients under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Successful completion of Certified Nursing Assistant course required. Previous experience as a CNA/Home Health Aide, preferably in a Medicare Certified Program, preferred.
  • CNA - Certified Nursing Assistant certification required.
  • CPR - AHA Healthcare Provider certification required.
  • CHPNA - Certified Hospice Palliative Nurse Assistant certification preferred.
