Physician Leader for Preventative Care in New Orleans

ChenMed Family of Companies invites highly skilled and dedicated Primary Care Physicians to join our team in New Orleans, LA. We are seeking candidates with strong leadership skills and a passion for preventative care. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The compensation package for this position includes:
- A market-competitive base salary of approximately $250,000 per year, based on national averages for Primary Care Physicians in the United States.
- A commencement bonus of $20,000 and quality incentives of up to 10% of the annual base salary.
- A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) with match.
- An additional 5 days of paid time off for Continuing Medical Education (CME) with a $3,500 allowance.
- 33 combined days off, including holidays and personal time.
The practice details for this position include:
- A Monday-to-Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with administrative time factored into each provider's schedule.
- A patient panel cap of 450 patients per provider.
- Multiple leadership opportunities with encouraged and outlined advancement tracks.
- Dedicated in-house staff, including nursing services, case managers, social workers, and consultants.
Please note that relocation expenses will be provided to support the transition to this new opportunity.
