Job Title: Broadband Specialist I

Mediacom Communications Corporation is seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Broadband Specialist I. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining our cable television and broadband services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install and maintain cable television and broadband services in customer homes and businesses.
  • Drive a company van and represent Mediacom in a professional manner.
  • Perform a variety of duties including installation, changes of service, additional outlet installation, disconnection of service, payment collection, and any special requests customers may have.
  • Work with customers to resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
  • Collaborate with other team members to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  • No experience required.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Ability to interact and communicate with customers and co-workers.
  • Ability to work in high or tight spaces.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions and at various heights.
