Overview:

  • Deliver outstanding customer support to ensure a delightful shopping experience and high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Guide customers through their purchases, assess their requirements, and facilitate successful transactions.
  • Manage incoming stock, including the loading and unloading of merchandise.
  • Arrange products on display according to category, size, and style.
  • Assist in monitoring inventory, tagging items, and organizing shelf labels.
  • Process customer returns and accurately complete necessary store documentation.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, bank transactions, and data management.
  • Prepare items for display by assembling and pricing products appropriately.
  • Utilize the point-of-sale system to process transactions and check product availability.
  • Exhibit exceptional customer service skills and a strong focus on client needs.

Qualifications:

  • Bilingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Self-motivated individuals with previous retail experience are preferred.
  • A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle are required.
  • Basic proficiency in English is necessary.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and assist several customers simultaneously.
  • Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and climbing ladders as needed.
  • Willingness to work evening shifts.

Compensation: $17.00 per hour
