Nocturnist Hospitalist

We are seeking a highly skilled Nocturnist Hospitalist to join our team at Essentia Health. As a key member of our hospital medicine team, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals, and contribute to the development of our hospital's clinical programs.

• Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with a wide range of medical conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Participate in hospital-wide quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical policies and procedures.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies from an accredited program.
• Current licensure as a registered nurse and Nurse Practitioner in Minnesota or current licensure as a Physician Assistant in Minnesota.
• Current certification in BLS and ACLS.
• Successful completion of Essentia Health credentialing process prior to practice.
