Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting vehicle repairs and maintenance as specified in repair orders with efficiency and precision, in line with dealership and manufacturer standards to enhance customer loyalty.
- Regularly communicating with the Parts Department and Service Advisors to effectively manage production and customer interactions.
- Diagnosing malfunctions and executing necessary repairs.
- Clearly explaining technical diagnoses and required repairs to non-technical individuals, including colleagues and customers.
- Staying updated on factory technical bulletins and participating in relevant factory-sponsored training sessions.
- Keeping management informed of mechanical repair issues as they arise.
- Maintaining a tidy and organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- Experience as an Automotive Repair Specialist
- ASE certification is preferred
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong communication abilities
- Valid Driver's License
- Must be 18 years of age or older to comply with company driving policies
