Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in receiving, inspecting, handling, and stocking inbound products;
  • Receive returns, count, and confirm quantities, determine condition, and complete paperwork;
  • Arrange for pick-up of shipments, contact delivery drivers, and coordinate schedules;
  • Communicate effectively with other departments in the company;
  • Respond quickly to customer/client inquiries, resolve problems, and communicate service issues to supervisor;
  • Encourage safe work practices in others;
  • Arrange daily cycle counts and follow variance;
  • Weekly report updates;
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or international equivalent;
  • 1 year of relevant experience preferred, no experience is okay, everything will be trained;
  • Modest computer skills, assist in report data collection;
  • Strong sense of responsibility, follow supervision, good communication skills;
