At Capital Senior Living, we are dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for our residents through engaging and meaningful activities. We are seeking an Activities Director who will play a pivotal role in creating a vibrant community atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, organize, and oversee a diverse range of activities for residents throughout the week.
- Assess the unique needs of each resident and tailor activities to meet those needs.
- Encourage resident participation in the planning of recreational objectives and goals.
- Foster community integration through various facility activities and outings.
Community Relations:
- Build and maintain a positive image of the community through effective public relations, promotional events, and engaging displays.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Therapeutic Recreation or a related discipline; certification as an Activity Professional is preferred.
- A minimum of two years of experience in activities management is desirable.
