Restoration Superintendent

BluSky Restoration is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restoration Superintendent to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of restoration, reconstruction, and capital improvement projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and coordinate restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.
- Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and quality control measures.
- Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.
- Manage and resolve project-related issues and conflicts in a professional and timely manner.
- 3-5 years of experience in residential and commercial construction, general contracting, and/or restoration.
- 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a restoration or construction setting.
- Ability to travel frequently for emergency and non-emergency projects across the nation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
