Starbucks Barista

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Starbucks Barista. As a key member of our Food and Beverage team, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

• Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food to our guests
• Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards
• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and service goals
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system
• Ability to lift up to 44 pounds and stand for long periods
