Job SummaryThe Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests. This role requires a positive and professional attitude, with a passion for fitness and health.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
- Handle front desk activities, including answering phones, checking members into the system, and facilitating updates to member accounts.
- Assist with new member sign-ups, tours, and responding to member questions and concerns.
- Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club.
- Customer service background preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- A passion for fitness and health.
- Upbeat and positive attitude.
- Punctuality and reliability are a must.
- Continual standing and walking during shift.
- Continual talking in person or on the phone during shift.
- Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
- Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift.
