About the Position:
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for selling merchant services products to prospective and existing customers of Fresno First Bank. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to build strong relationships, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect for new merchant services accounts and cross-sell additional banking products
- Prepare proposals and perform sales presentations and product training at client locations
- Provide telephone support and act as primary customer service contact for merchant services customers
- Maintain current knowledge of internal risk controls and loss prevention
- Demonstrate knowledge of and adherence to EEO policy
