Job Overview

About the Role

This role involves collaborating with physicians and staff to develop care plans and observing outcomes. You will also be responsible for setting up medical equipment, administering treatments and medications, and ensuring proper staff compliance with nursing standards and facility policies.

In addition, you will communicate with residents and family members regarding best care options and supervise and train nursing and other staff as needed. Maintaining accurate patient histories and interventions is also a key aspect of this role.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Current Connecticut state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
  • Graduation from an approved nursing program
  • At least 4 months of experience in post-acute or in-patient hospital care
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Salary and Benefits

The hourly pay range for this role is $50-$82 per hour, with opportunities for paid weekly or daily. Additionally, you will be eligible for health benefits, including coverage for family members, employer-covered malpractice insurance, and tax withholding.
