About the Role

The Blended Oil Specialist US is a key member of our sales team, responsible for building business within their territories and growing the lubricant line of business within our existing customer base. This role requires a strong understanding of the lubricant industry and the ability to develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet monthly growth targets and quotas through effective sales and business development strategies
  • Prospect and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and referrals
  • Attend branch and service staff meetings to stay informed about company initiatives and best practices
  • Develop and propose customer solutions utilizing our vast product and service offerings
  • Utilize CRM software to manage activity and track growth initiatives
  • Prepare information for customer-specific requests, including role and scope of job, margins, and overall profitability
Requirements
  • 5+ years of business-to-business sales experience
  • Strong business acumen and computer skills (MS Office)
  • Ability to bridge cross-functional boundaries within an organization and make decisions in adverse situations
  • Strong problem-solving skills and prior experience using CRM software tools and reporting
