PruittHealth is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Housekeeping Assistant to join our team. As a Housekeeping Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe, sanitary, and comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cleaning Services: Sweep, mop, and maintain tile floors, vacuum carpeted areas, empty, clean, and replace trash cans, clean bathroom sinks, fixtures, and toilets, clean glass surfaces and mirrors, clean behind and underneath furniture, and remove wax/dirt buildup in corners and doorways.
  • Infection Control: Follow infection control standards to ensure a clean and safe environment.
  • Room Preparation: Dust and clean patient/resident rooms, move furniture to clean behind and beneath, and turn bed mattresses after cleaning.
  • Additional Tasks: Change and re-hang curtains and draperies as needed.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience: No prior experience needed, training will be provided.
  • Certification: No certification required by law.
