Key Responsibilities
• Proficient in structured problem-solving techniques and support the training and development of these methods.
• Utilize Control Plans and PFMEA to ensure process stability and mitigate risks.
• Understand and apply process and machine capability studies to identify opportunities for current and future process enhancements.
• Accountable for monitoring the resolution of supplier quality and productivity issues.
• Acquire necessary inspection and testing equipment for designated production areas.
• Oversee quality process control and audit personnel as assigned.

Qualifications
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or Manufacturing is preferred.
Knowledge & Experience:
• 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance and/or control is preferred.
• Familiarity with Quality Tools such as Capability studies, Process Mapping, FMEA, Control Charts, and advanced Six Sigma methodologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• Experience in a project team setting is advantageous.
Physical Requirements:
This position requires prolonged sitting, standing, manual dexterity, bending, and minimal lifting.
