About the JobWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated speech language pathologist to work in our facilities. The ideal candidate will have a Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology and current certification from the American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA). You will be responsible for evaluating patients, developing treatment plans, and collaborating with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to improve communication and swallowing skills
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and caregivers to ensure seamless care transitions
- Participate in case management and contribute to facility patient care and utilization review activities
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA certification
- Valid state license (where applicable)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and sustain activity for multiple consecutive hours
- Competitive salary: $95,000 - $125,000 per year
