Job Description

As a key member of the U.S. Central and Southern Province, Society of Jesus team, the Data Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and reporting Province data within a cloud-based database. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all Salesforce database activities.
  • Utilize Salesforce database extensively to update data, run queries, and generate reports.
  • Maintain the Annual Jesuits Catalog, including updates, proofs, and distribution.
  • Facilitate monthly newsletter input and perform data requests in a timely manner.
  • Participate in Salesforce trainings and train new personnel on the database.
  • Spearhead special projects, including the Annual Jesuit Yearbook, Safe Environment activities, and Praesidium accreditation support.
Qualifications and Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3-5 years' experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suites.
  • Knowledge of Formstack software preferred.
  • Knowledge of Catholic faith principles preferred but not required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Knowledge of province policies and services.
  • Skill in operating basic office equipment and supplies.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and prioritize multiple work assignments.
  • Ability to pay close attention to details and ensure accuracy of reports and data.
