Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; six months of experience in a health club, customer service, or retail role preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and nonverbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with members, guests, and visitors.
  • Strong work ethic, with a focus on punctuality, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure, maintaining a positive and enthusiastic attitude in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office, email, and MS Windows.
  • Familiarity with basic cash-handling procedures and a strong understanding of customer service principles.
