We are seeking a highly motivated and accomplished Neurology Specialist to join our US Neurology/Epilepsy team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for promoting UCB's neurology products to leading epileptologists, neurologists, and Epilepsy Centers in the Pasadena, CA geography.
Key Responsibilities:- Represent UCB's neurology products to key stakeholders in the territory
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan to drive growth in the area
- Collaborate with internal UCB partners to maximize UCB's impact within the region
- Build relationships with key influencers in epilepsy and serve as UCB's primary point of contact with these stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical or biotech selling experience
- Minimum of 2 years of specialty selling experience
- Valid U.S. Driver's license with no more than two moving violations in the last three years
- Prior experience selling and marketing products in neurology
- Documented track record of success
- Experience in hospital and/or clinical account management
- Existing relationships with key stakeholders within the territory
This position's anticipated base salary range is $89,840-$145,845 per year. The actual salary offered may also vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity, among other factors.
