Our HomeCare division is dedicated to safeguarding and enhancing the investments made by our clients. This department serves as a reliable and convenient resource for service, maintenance, and select project support tailored to our clients and their homes.

MISSION:

The HomeCare Service Technician plays a crucial role in supporting our HomeCare team by executing warranty services, home maintenance tasks, service requests, and select projects, all aimed at creating satisfied clients and ensuring a continuous flow of referrals.

PRIMARY TASKS:

  • Collaborate with the Director of HomeCare to manage daily warranty, maintenance, and service requests, ensuring the protection and enhancement of client investments.
  • Perform a variety of home maintenance tasks to control scheduling, quality, and cleanliness, including but not limited to: drywall repairs, paint touch-ups, caulking, wood replacement, light carpentry, filter changes, appliance servicing, hardware installation, basic plumbing, and general handyman duties.
  • When necessary, coordinate with vetted specialty subcontractors to fulfill warranty, maintenance, and service requests beyond in-house capabilities.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and synchronize with the Director of HomeCare to document these requirements.
  • Lead various small-scale remodeling projects as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Proficient in carpentry and basic repair skills, including light demolition, framing, installation of windows and doors, waterproofing, drywall repair, caulking, painting, and basic plumbing.
  • Physically capable of performing demanding tasks, including lifting up to 100 lbs and working on ladders.
  • Possess a valid Driver's License and maintain insurability.
  • Pass a background check.
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work consistently throughout the year.
  • Ability to work in various conditions, including extreme heat.
  • Maintain a positive demeanor with clients and team members, even under pressure.
