Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sales Floor Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, restock merchandise, and perform visual merchandising tasks as needed.
  • Point-of-Sale (POS) Operations: Operate the POS system efficiently, process transactions accurately, and handle customer payments securely.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving and stocking inventory, rotating stock, and reporting inventory discrepancies.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, support events, and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
  • Must be 21 years old or older
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math skills and attention to detail
