**Labor Scheduling Specialist**

We are seeking a highly skilled Labor Scheduling Specialist to join our team at Interior Logic Group. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, dispatching, monitoring, maintaining, and updating labor schedules to ensure projects are executed efficiently. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining schedules and associated documentation
  • Assessing potential impacts on the schedule and monitoring deviations, recommending corrective actions as needed
  • Communicating with field crews, including employee installers and subcontractors, to provide schedules and updates
  • Reviewing schedules with project team members to ensure accuracy and timeliness
