Job Title: Breast Sonographer

At Novant Health, we are seeking a skilled Breast Sonographer to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a Breast Sonographer, you will play a critical role in assisting physicians in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare patients for procedures and operate mammography and sonography equipment.
  • Assist physicians in the performance of diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
  • Obtain diagnostic scans and provide high-quality images for interpretation.
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure exceptional patient care.
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree preferred.
  • Graduate of CAAHEP-recognized Sonography Program required.
  • One year of breast sonography experience preferred.
  • Certified and registered by ARDMS in Breast Sonography – RDMS,BR required.
