- Identify and troubleshoot process-related challenges, executing corrective measures as necessary.
- Work in partnership with the production team to pinpoint opportunities for process enhancements.
- Gather and analyze operational data to recognize trends and propose optimization strategies.
- Maintain thorough documentation of process metrics, modifications, and outcomes.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and company policies.
- Comply with all relevant regulations and wear appropriate safety gear while on site.
- Meet or surpass established safety benchmarks.
- Carry out additional responsibilities as directed by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in a related field is advantageous.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Basic understanding of safety and environmental protocols.
- Strong attention to detail coupled with problem-solving capabilities.
- Demonstrated experience as a Process Technician or in a comparable role within manufacturing.
- Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment operation.
- Familiarity with quality assurance principles and practices.
- Ability to interpret technical schematics and specifications.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to work extended hours as required.
- Exposure to varying temperatures and noise levels.
- Mandatory use of protective equipment while on the premises.
- Potential for after-hours and weekend work.
- Ability to stand, walk, sit, lift, push, pull, and climb as needed.
- Medium Work: Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, up to 25 pounds frequently, and up to 10 pounds constantly.
- Regularly required to communicate effectively with team members and operate equipment safely.
- Must be capable of performing all job functions, including but not limited to operating controls.
