Key Responsibilities:- Chairside Assistance: Provide chairside support to our orthodontists during procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient treatment process.
- Patient Education: Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and braces aftercare, promoting a positive and informed experience.
- Instrument Preparation: Prepare and sterilize orthodontic instruments and equipment, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of patient treatment progress and oral health histories.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with patients, orthodontists, and other team members to ensure seamless coordination and care.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree or certification in dental assisting preferred.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a dental environment, preferably in orthodontics.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in EMR software.
