Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team at ALOIS Healthcare. As an SLPA, you will work closely with a speech language pathologist to assess and treat patients with language, speech, fluency, and voice disorders or impediments.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist speech language pathologists in assessing and treating patients with communication disorders
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to improve patients' communication skills
  • Work with patients to improve their language, speech, fluency, and voice skills
  • Collaborate with speech language pathologists to develop and implement treatment plans
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • Experience working with patients with communication disorders
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of speech-language pathology principles and practices
