We are seeking an experienced Defensive Line Coach to join our Football program at Stetson University. The ideal candidate will possess a strong coaching background and a proven track record of developing talented student-athletes.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee all aspects of defensive line coaching, including game planning and execution
- Directly supervise student-athletes in their position group, prioritizing their physical and mental well-being
- Maintain a high level of knowledge regarding NCAA Division I rules and regulations
- Recruit academically-qualified student-athletes who align with our program's goals and values
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience in college football coaching and recruiting
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- A commitment to academic excellence and the development of student-athletes
The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 annually, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plan options, and paid time off.
