The Busser, Runner, or Service Assistant is responsible for ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. This includes guiding guests through their experience, taking and placing orders, and reviewing orders for accuracy.

• Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests
• Understand the restaurant menu and be able to guide guests on choosing menu items
• Review orders with guests and delivery drivers to ensure accuracy
• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
• Clear and sanitize tables, bussing dishes to the kitchen dishwasher station, and reset tables as needed
• Restock and maintain all restaurant stations

We are looking for individuals who possess excellent customer service skills, are able to work in a fast-paced environment, and are able to communicate effectively.

• Previous experience is not required - we will train you
• Excellent customer service skills and etiquette
• Ability to operate kitchen equipment, including the coffee machine and point of sale system
• Ability to execute proper sanitation practices and safety procedures
• Have a current Food Handler's Card where applicable
