**Digital Solutions Specialist - Stago Field Support**

The Digital Solutions Specialist will play a key role in providing field support to Stago’s digital products, ensuring optimal operation and troubleshooting technical issues. This position requires a strong background in diagnostic equipment, troubleshooting, and repair. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a valid driver’s license.

As a Digital Solutions Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing curative/emergency service, preventive maintenance, and updates to Stago’s digital products at customer facilities.
  
• Tracking, scheduling, and completing preventative maintenance and updates due for primary assigned analyzers.
  
• Installing instruments at customer facilities, conducting sales demos, and ensuring full functionality according to Diagnostica Stago specifications.
  
• Providing onsite and remote support to all Stago digital products, including installation and initial configuration.
  
• Developing Stago digital product knowledge and understanding to aid/support digital product sales and marketing initiatives.
  
• Documenting and recording repair information, including work orders, analyzer information, and update information, in accordance with SOP timelines and regulatory agencies.
  
• Analyzing, reviewing, and inspecting findings to determine the source of problems via telephone and/or on-site, and performing troubleshooting to repair or replace necessary parts.
  
• Coordinating problem resolution within the Field Support Group and other personnel to expedite repairs and minimize downtime.
  
• Ensuring adherence to all company policies and procedures.
  
• Providing a communication link between the customer and the company to ensure effective service is provided.
  
• Demonstrating proper operations to end-users.
  
• Managing company resources and equipment, such as parts, tools, and trunk stock.
  
• Escalating open or recurring issues in a timely manner for prompt resolution.
  
• Reviewing regional service contract metrics to drive customer contract renewal growth among primary accounts.
  
• Participating in special projects assigned by the Regional Field Service Manager.
  

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 
  
• A high school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or certificate from a technical school a plus; bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university preferred.
  
• At least three years of related experience troubleshooting and repairing diagnostic equipment or operating related equipment.
  
• A valid driver’s license and ability to travel outside of designated territories, up to 75% overnight travel may be required depending on the territory.
  
• Knowledge of Database and Internet software, Windows 10/7, NT, XP, and DOS.
  

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 to $110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
