Job Summary

As a Dal-Tile CDL-A Delivery Driver, you will play a vital role in the success of Mohawk Industries Inc. by delivering high-quality tile and stone products to our customers. This is a unique opportunity to join a reputable company with a rich history and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delivery Operations: Safely operate a commercial vehicle to transport palletized flooring products, stone, and accessories to Dal-Tile Sales Service Centers, customers, and job sites.
  • Warehouse and Distribution Center Support: Assist with operations inside warehouses and distribution centers, ensuring efficient loading and unloading of products.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by delivering products on time and in good condition, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise.
Requirements
  • Age and Experience: Be at least 23 years old and possess a minimum of 6 months commercial driving experience.
  • CDL License: Hold a valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL) and have a clean driving record.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Demonstrate good interpersonal communication and customer-service skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, customers, and management.
  • Physical Demands: Be able to maneuver heavy products using forklifts and pallet jacks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Be willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
