Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Behavioral Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioral Therapist, you will be responsible for conducting assessments, designing treatment plans, and providing direct supervision and training to behavior technicians in clients' homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and design treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each client.
  • Provide direct supervision and training to behavior technicians in clients' homes.
  • Analyze data and implement data-driven program changes to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Maintain positive communication with parents and collaborate with them to incorporate individualized goals into the family's daily routines.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in ABA therapy.
Requirements
  • Current BCBA certification and a minimum of 2 years of home-based ABA experience.
  • Familiarity with a variety of Clinical Assessments (such as Vineland, VB-MAPP, AFLS, etc.).
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Communicative and collaborative.
  • Committed to providing purposeful care and making a positive impact on the lives of children and families.
