BAYADA Home Health Care is a leading provider of home health care services, seeking a compassionate and skilled Home Health Speech Therapist to join our team in Plymouth Meeting, Pennsylvania.

As a Home Health Speech Therapist, you will play a vital role in delivering patient-centered care, working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate patients' speech, language, communication, or swallowing difficulties and develop personalized treatment plans to address these challenges.
- Deliver high-quality, 1:1 therapy sessions, using your clinical expertise and compassion to empower patients to achieve their goals.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements- A current license as a Speech Language Pathologist
- A minimum of one year of recent work experience as a Speech Therapist
- Possess a certificate of clinical competence in speech from the American Speech and Hearing Association, or;
- Have the equivalent educational requirements, as indicated by school transcript or diploma, and work experience necessary for such a certificate, and be awaiting the opportunity to take the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association examination for certification, or;
- Have completed the necessary work and education requirements, as indicated by school transcript or diploma, and be in the process of accumulating the necessary supervised work experience required for certification.
- Previous home healthcare experience welcomed, but not required. We will train you.
- Ability to travel to cases as assigned
- A calm and reassuring presence, active listening skills, excellent assessment skills and strong written and verbal communication.
- An estimated salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience and location.
