We are seeking a skilled Med-Surg Nurse Lead to join our team at Geisinger Medical Center in Danville, Pennsylvania.
This is a full-time position with a (.9) FTE schedule, requiring 36 hours/weekly with (3) 12-hour shifts. Schedule options include choice between day/night rotation or straight nights. Rotating weekend and holiday shifts required.
About the RoleAs a Med-Surg Nurse Lead, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, ensuring timely and efficient operations, and providing guidance and support to your colleagues. Your expertise will be invaluable in creating a positive and supportive work environment.
Benefits and Perks- A highly competitive salary of $110,000 per year, plus an additional $8 float premium applied to all hours worked.
