**Therapist Job Opportunity:**
We are seeking a dedicated Trauma-Informed Counselor to join our team at Reach To Win Youth Home & Family. The successful candidate will work with children, youth, and families to provide mental health care services in a therapeutic setting.

Job Description:
The Trauma-Informed Counselor will work under the Clinical Director and be responsible for providing individual and group therapy sessions to residents, as well as developing and implementing treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate the level of psychosocial impairment, physical health problems, self-care potential, support network availability, and financial status of residents.
- Develop and implement individualized Mental Health Treatment Plans and Crisis or Safety Plans as needed.
- Provide interventions for residents and their families to improve behavioral outcomes.
- Mobilize resources to meet the needs of residents, including consultation and intervention with social security, welfare, and health departments.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Master's degree in psychology, social work, childcare counseling, education, or development from an accredited college or university.
- Four years of direct service experience with severely emotionally disturbed children in an inpatient or outpatient healthcare setting.
- Experience in trauma-based informed therapy, including substance abuse, family therapy, CBTP, CSEC, and individual/group therapy.
Salary and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits package.
