Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with shipping and receiving, loading and unloading trucks, and checking in merchandise
  • Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves, or in bins
  • Ensure the warehouse is accessible and safe for other warehouse staff and customer traffic
  • Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves
  • Assist in counting physical inventory
  • May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Communication proficiency, ability to read, write, and speak clearly in English
  • Organizational skills
  • Mathematical skills
  • Technical and computer experience/ability
  • Thoroughness and strong attention to detail
  • Time management
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Forklift and picker driving required; training and certification provided by Flash
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Able to stand up to 6-8 hours
  • High school education or GED
  • One to two years warehouse experience
