Job Overview

Crew Life at Sea is seeking a skilled Sushi Chef to join our team. As a Sushi Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality sushi dishes to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meet the minimum age requirement of 18 years old and possess intermediate to advanced English skills.
  • Hold a valid passport with a minimum validity of 2 years from the date of application.
  • Provide a reference letter from your university, proof of university accreditation, and proof of academic status.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic, positivity, and trustworthiness.
  • Be available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Have prior experience in a high-volume restaurant, preferably a fine dining establishment.
  • Remain calm under increasing demands, maintain consistent presentation, and be receptive to coaching and feedback.
  • Be able to walk or stand for long periods of time.
Requirements
  • Recently graduated or enrolled full-time in post-secondary education outside of the U.S. or graduated no more than 12 months prior to the program start date.
  • Alternatively, hold a degree or professional certificate from a foreign post-secondary institution and at least 1-year prior related experience outside the U.S. or 5 years of experience in the field.
