Assembler - Manufacturing Specialist

Volt is seeking a skilled Assembler to join our team in Mt. Juliet, TN. As an Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling various parts and performing wiring assembly tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Read and understand complex wiring diagrams, bill of materials, and kit sheets.
- Enter wiring terminations through the OPS app and report issues through the Lean Digitization System.
- Assemble small to large parts and perform wiring assembly tasks.
- Utilize a variety of hand tools, air tools, and measuring equipment.
- Perform entire wiring assembly operation from start to finish.
- Responsible for own product quality, proper measuring techniques, and tool use and care.
- Evaluate and perform basic to moderately complex troubleshooting.
- Establish a safe and healthy work environment.
- Maintain all certifications for the group and complete required training.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to communicate effectively.
- Must be able to wear Personal Protective Equipment, safety shoes, and safety glasses on the production floor.
- Ability to lift 26 pounds occasionally or 22 pounds repetitively.
Payrate: $20 - $22 per hour. Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
