Qualifications for Personal Care Assistants:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: Preferred six months of experience in human services, direct care, or care coordination.
• Skills: Proficiency in caregiving, direct support, and assistance with daily living activities.
• Attributes: Must be patient, compassionate, reliable, and responsible.
• Transportation: A valid driver's license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance may be required for certain positions.
